Candidates will be inducted at the minimum of the pay scale. The Cost to Company (CTC) includes Base Pay, Retirement Benefits, Dearness Allowance, HRA, and Cafeteria Allowance. Selection Process 

The selection process for various positions will typically involve the following stages:

  • Computer Based Test (CBT): Candidates will undergo a Computer Based Test (wherever applicable).
  • Document Upload: Candidates qualifying in the CBT in order of merit & predetermined ratio will be advised to upload supporting documents for certain positions. 47
  • Group Task (GT) and/or Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates based on the scrutiny of application, uploaded documents, and merit in CBT will be called for Group Task and/or Personal Interview. 48
