Eligibility Criteria (as on July 1, 2025)
Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria to be considered for the Local Bank Officer position.
Nationality
A candidate must be a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanent settlement.
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 21 years
Maximum Age: 30 years
Relaxation in the upper age limit is provided for reserved categories as follows:

Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Graduation degree in any discipline from a university or institute recognized by the Government of India or AICTE.

Experience
A minimum of one year of post-qualification experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank is mandatory.
