Salary and Emoluments
Selected candidates will be appointed at Level-10 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix with a basic pay of ₹56,100/-. The total monthly emoluments, including HRA and other allowances, will be approximately ₹1,00,000/- at current metro city rates.
Selection Process
The selection process is a two-stage procedure:

Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted for a personal interview based on their valid GATE scores (from 2023, 2024, or 2025) in a ratio of 1:10 for each discipline and category.

Personal Interview: The shortlisted candidates will undergo a Personal Interview held in Delhi or another location as decided by RAC/DRDO.
Final Selection: The final merit list will be prepared based on an aggregate of 80% weightage to the GATE score and 20% weightage to the marks obtained in the Personal Interview.To be considered for the final merit list, candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in the interview: 70% for the UR category and 60% for EWS/OBC/SC/ST/Divyangjan categories.
